Wednesday Sept. 1st you won’t want to miss the Pledge Kick-off! The Pledge kick-off is for ALL high school students and parents of high school students, as well as Pledge leaders. This year’s Pledge kick-off will be September 1st 7-8:30 at Valley Southwoods High School. It will be informational, fun, and a great way to start off the year!
What is Pledge, you say?
The spiritual battery for high school students is recharged with our Wednesday night Pledge groups. These life on life small groups provide an environment where students can share their life with trusted friends, while digging deeper into the truths of Scripture, while being led by caring adults. Meeting in various homes from 8:00 - 9:30pm, Pledge groups are divided according to gender and grade.
Team in Training. VCSM’s leadership team, Team in Training, is getting ready to gear up for another great year! Team in Training meets on the 2nd Sunday night of every month at the Kalvig’s, for leadership and development training as well as increased ownership in the direction of VCSM. Applications are available at the student info desk, and are due this Sunday, August 22nd. TNT is open to incoming 10th-12th graders.
