VCSM VISION UPDATE

Missional Partnerships. We are celebrating the launch of our brand-new Missional Partnerships! Missional Parterships are strategic outreach partnerships, implemented by our High School Pledge groups. The goal of these Missional Partnerships will be to build relationships and follow the command to show love to “the least of these.” (Matthew 25:31-46) We intend for students to grow as disciples and learn lifestyles of Evangelism and Compassion. Pledge groups have separated by gender and grade, and have chosen a Missional Partnerships that they will partner with at least twice this semester.

Some examples of our new Missional Partnerships are Nursing Homes, Ruth Harbor, African Refugees, Disabled Children at Easter Seals, and more. We are excited to launch these partnerships, and invite you to celebrate with us!

Loftland Concert

On Sunday, Feb. 21st from 4-6 p.m. (normal Full House time) we’ll be hosting a great up-and-coming band, Loftland! You can check out there stuff here, but we are confident that you and your friends will not want to miss this great show. These talented 17-20 year old musicians are sure to impress and engage you, while offering you a great outreach opportunity to invite friends as well!

This event is open to all Junior and Senior High Students.

You do NOT want to miss this great show- and your friends won’t either!

Check out this picture of one of our Pledge small groups, who spent this weekend skiing with their dads. They had fun, had quality time, and took advantage of all this snow! Pledge groups are small same-gender Bible Study groups led by trusted adults, and are available to all 9th-12th graders. Pledge meets in homes by grade (get info here) from 8-9:30 p.m. on Wed. nights.
